CarbExplore Research is the leading expert in the development of carbohydrate-active (engineered) enzymes, and the manufacture of functional carbohydrates as food ingredients, as nutraceuticals and for applications as materials. In this way we contribute to a healthy and sustainable planet. Our technologies are based on 25 years of academic research in the Microbial Physiology Research Group of em. prof. dr. A range of enzymes and carbohydrate products are available in our webshop.
CarbExplore Research is looking for a scientist who can independently perform research for customers, and contribute to our own product development. Tasks include writing research proposals, performing laboratory work, supervising technicians, reporting to and communicating with customers.

You should be able to commit to challenges, be flexible to perform different projects in a short time frame, and willing to perform routine analyses.
