With a strong background in enzymology and an interest in carbohydrate structures, Willem is involved in many projects concerning the enzymatic synthesis of novel oligo and polysaccharides and the structural characterization of these.
As operational manager:
Being goal-oriented and with a fondness for planning, he matches our scientists to the wishes of our clients. He guards the projects from the initial intake meeting until the final report is shared.
